Sun Palace is as an online casino that offers the highest levels of excitement to players from the US. Sun Palace Casino is owned and operated by Deck Media N.V Casinos. This is one of the most reputable casino operators in the business. Its flagship online casino (SlotoCash Casino) is arguably the most popular online casino in the US; and its many other online casinos are all US-friendly. You may be wondering if there are other sites like Sun Palace that offer similar features and games. The answer is yes, there are many other sites similar to Sun Palace that offer the same features under the same company. These casinos are related to Sun Palace because they are managed by the same company, Deck Media N.V and also offer similar themes and promotions. The similar casinos are popularly known as Sun Palace sister sites in the gambling world.
Sun Palace offers its players the following:
- Beautiful games
- Daily Bonuses
- Lots of free money to play with
- 24 hours support team
- Fast and easy withdrawals
- Wide variety of payment options
- Ability to play anywhere on your mobile device
These points cover virtually everything that players will want from an online casino, suggesting that Sun Palace Casino is the ideal online casino gaming destination. The question is whether this is just “talking the talk” or whether Sun Palace Casino also “walk the walk”. That is, does it actually offer beautiful games, lots of free money, and top services (like smooth withdrawals, effective customer support service, and more)?
In the first place, is Sun Palace Casino a legit online casino? That is, is it a fair online casino where players can have winnings; and can it be trusted to pay when players withdraw winnings? In this review, we shall review Sun Palace and explore all the Sun Palace sister casinos and also identify other Sun Palace alternatives and competitors that are not related to Sun Palace but also offer similar and better features, promotions and welcome bonuses.

Website Info
You can visit Sun Palace Casino here: https://www.sunpalacecasino.eu/. The website comes with a simple design; which features an aesthetically appealing red and black color scheme, and most importantly, an easily navigable interface.
Sun Palace claims it is a “slots heaven for online casino players”. The casino definitely shouts “slots” in everything. Its name is very “slot-ified”. Even its very simple logo is “slot-ified”. Though its logo is just the words “Sun Palace”, the “o” in the word “slots” is replaced by one of those fruit symbols that classic slot machines feature. The casino also has a slot theme. Drawing from the importance of any region’s capital, Sun Palace Casino comes advertising as the being that super important place for slot gaming.
Operator Info
These include sites like Uptown Aces Casino, Red Stag Casino, Miami Club Casino, Las Vegas USA, and more. This means that Sun Palace Casino is in good company. If anything from these its sister sites rubs off on it, it’ll be up there among top online casinos.
An interesting thing about DeckMedia is that it uses different technologies to power its casinos, so they are all distinct. Thus, unlike many online casinos that are identical to their sister sites, you’ll find that Sun Palace Casino is very different from its sister sites.
Sites Similar to Sun Palace & Alternatives:
In this section, we shall explore all the Sun Palace competitors and similar casinos that are not related but offer similar features, licenses and gaming software. These competitors are the best Sun Palace alternatives currently online and even offer better features than Sun Palace. Below are other Sun Palace competitors:
- Bovada (USA only)
- Slots.LV
- Cafe Casino
- Ignition Casino
Certification
Sun Palace Casino is certified by TST (Technical Systems Testing). TST is an accredited independent testing and assessment laboratory. It is able to offer the highest quality testing available today, which involves running millions of game rounds to check whether gaming result is random and fair. Thus, the TST seal of approval which Sun Palace Casino has shows that its games are fair; which means that it is a legit online casino where every player has a chance at winning prizes.
The audit seal of an Accredited Testing Facility like TST should end the discussion of a casino’s fairness. However, we’ll add that Sun Palace Casino is endorsed by many industry watchers. These include respected independent casino reviewers like Wizard of Odds and Casinomeister. Suffice it to say that a scam online casino will not receive an endorsement from these “tough guys”.
Licensing
Sun Palace Casino is licensed by Curacao eGaming. Players will want a legit online casino to be fully licensed, by a reputable licensing jurisdiction. However, while Sun Palace Casino is fully licensed; there are question marks about the licensing jurisdiction. This is because, as a casino regulator, the Curacao Gambling Commission does not provide the protection that players want.
The commission’s licensing requirements are, by many standards, not stringent; so it’s relatively easy for applicants to scale through and get licensed. Also, the Commission’s oversight is very lax, so license holders can act anyhow (such as not paying) without fear of sanctions. Thus, while it is very operator-friendly, in terms of player protection the Curacao eGaming licensing does not mean much.
However, this does not mean that casinos licensed by the Curacao Gambling Commission are scams. Curacao is a safe and legal licensing jurisdiction; and many of its license holders are legit and safe. The only thing is that it attempts to offer a simple licensing package. Since operators and players are on either side of the divide in this regards, the advantages the commission offers operators becomes strong disadvantages to players.
That said; players do not see an online casino with a gaming license from Curacao and immediately see it as legit. The casino will have to build the legit reputation the old-fashion way – consistently offering fair gaming, and paying winners.
Operating Record
Sun Palace Casino was established in 2002. This means that it has been in the business for over 8 years. One thing we know is that scam services do not last that long, and especially in the iGaming industry. Any online casino called out as being scam will be hounded; and they usually do not survive the exposure.
Also, the 8 year record of Sun Palace Casino is one that is filled with many player testimonies. In the casino’s sponsored sources as well as in independent sources, you’ll find players of Sun Palace Casino who did receive payment. Suffice it to say that you won’t find winners and evidence of payment in the scam platforms. Talk about building a legit reputation the old-fashion way! Sun Palace has been doing that.
Who can play here?
Being that Sun Palace Casino is legit and safe, everyone will want to head there. However, it does not admit everyone. As mentioned earlier, US players are allowed. However, a few country restrictions apply; so players from certain countries will not be permitted to join. These countries are: Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Belarus, Bhutan, Brazil, Canada, Cayman Islands, Colombia, Estonia, Guam, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Mexico, Moldova, Netherlands Antilles, Pakistan, Philippines, Puerto Rico, Syria, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, United Kingdom, Uzbekistan, and Virgin Islands.

The principal promise of Sun Palace Casino is offering “the highest levels of excitement” using a range of “beautiful games”. This part of the review will examine everything about the game offering of Sun Palace Casino in order to determine if it is really an entertaining gaming destination offering high levels of excitement.
What gaming software is used?
The first check of a casino’s games offering is the gaming software, because the quality of an online casino is dictated by the quality of the software that powers it.
Sun Palace Casino is powered Rival Gaming. This tells you that Sun Palace offers high quality online casino games. Rival Gaming is known for developing games boasting of crisp graphics, real-life animation, and other extraordinary features for a qualitative gaming experience.
However, being powered by just one game provider means that there is no variety of software experiences. Game developers incorporate unique features, so any two gaming software is very different. That said; with a multi-platform casino, players will have this variety of unique features for their gaming enjoyment. But with Sun Palace Casino solely powered by Rival Gaming, its players can enjoy only the exciting tweaks of Rival Gaming.
What is the game variety?
What kind of games will you find in Sun Palace Casino? Given the casino’s name, you’ll think that it is a slots-only destination, but it is actually a place where you’ll find everything. Sun Palace Casino has over 150 games. Admittedly, this is a relatively small collection. A few online casinos offer 1,000+ games, while many others offer 500+ games. However, 150+ games will satisfy many gamers.
The name makes it obvious that Sun Palace Casino has a slot-focus. Thus, slots are its main offering, but it provides other online casino games such as table games, video pokers, and specialty games.
- Slots
In one of its advert blurbs, Sun Palace Casino says it is a “slots heaven” – a place where every slots fan will want to go. Sun Palace Casino is surely a “slots heaven”, as over 80% of its games are online slot games. The selection includes classic slots, video slots, and the famous Rival i-slots.
The classic slots evoke the feelings of the early days of slot gaming, with their 3 reels and traditional symbols like fruits and 7s. Some of the classic 3 reel slots you’ll find are: Chicken Little, Gold Rush, Sevens and Bars, Costume Party, Pistols & Roses, Mega Wins, and more.
The video slots which are mainly 5 reels come not only with increased paylines, but also with exciting features such as wilds, scatters, bonus rounds, and more. With literally scores of the video slots, there is no chance of slots junkies in the house getting bored. Some of the 5 reel video slots you’ll find are: Aussie Rules, Arabian Tales, Cleopatra’s Coins, Gobbler’s Gold, Golden Gorilla, Mystic Wolf, Reel of Fortune, Rise of Poseidon, Thunderbirds, Wild Carnival, Whale O Winnings, and World of Oz.
The i-slots are some of the most sumptuous slot offerings you’ll find. In fact, no discussion of Rival Gaming is complete without a mention of their innovative i-slots series. These games incorporate a story which unfolds as players progress in the game. Apart from the featured “story” which heightens gaming excitement, there’s also a skill element involved which makes gaming more interesting. Some of these industry-famous i-slots are: A Switch In Time, Baby Boomers Cash Cruise, Panda Party, Heavyweight Gold, Japan-O-Rama, Midway Madness, Spy Game, Wild Safari, and more.
- Table Games
Even the slots-focused online casinos know that they just can’t qualify as casinos without the classic casino games. Thankfully, Sun Palace Casino holds the classic table games. You’ll find all the popular card games, Roulettes, dice games, and more. However, a look at the table games selection and you’ll know that the concern of Sun Palace Casino lies elsewhere.
The games you’ll find are so few we’ll list them here without fuss – Blackjack, Multi-Hand Blackjack, Baccarat, Caribbean Stud Poker, 3 Card Poker, Pai Gow Poker, Ride ‘Em Poker, Red Dog, Casino Battle, American Roulette, and European Roulette.
- Video Poker
These “video slots and poker” combo have been staples of casinos from their founding, so any online casino should offer them. Thankfully, Sun Palace Casino offers these games. However, if you think the casino’s selection of table games is small, wait till you see the video poker selection.
The only video poker titles available are: Aces and Faces, Deuces and Joker, Deuces Wild, Double Joker, Jacks or Better, Joker Poker, and Tens or Better.
- Specialty Games
Sun Palace also holds a collection of specialty games. However, if you’re used to the vast amount games that casinos hold in this game category, you’ll be disappointed with what Sun Palace Casino has to offer. It only games found in its “specialty games” section are: Keno, Vegas Jackpot Keno, Box Sudoku Game, Scratch and Win, Gunslingers Gold, Penguin Payday, 30 Ball Bingo, 80 Ball Bingo, American Bingo, and European Bingo.
What about Jackpots?
If you can have winnings, why not go for the huge wins? Thus, every casino players aim for those huge wins that’ll change their lives. Given that in Progressive Jackpot games the amount to be won continuously increases these games hold the huge wins that players chase.
Thankfully, Sun Palace Casino has a good number of progressive jackpot games that’ll satisfy most jackpot chasers. Some of these games are: One Million Reels B.C., Major Moolah, Money Magic, Strike Gold, Jackpot Five Times Wins, Cleopatra’s Coins, and more.
Casino Versions
We like that Sun Palace Casino provides a Download Casino and an Instant Play Casino. This means that its supports the two popular modes of play. To access games, players have the option of downloading and installing the casino software. The download process is fast and easy; and players who opt for it will enjoy all that the casino features. However, gaming will be restricted to the device where the casino software is installed.
Players who’ll want to use the online casino from multiple devices, or players using Mac devices (to which the casino software cannot be downloaded) will have to opt for the Instant Play option. This requires no download; using web browsers, you can access games and play straight from the casino’s servers. However, not all of the casino’s games will be available to play in-browser. Also, you’ll need to have Flash installed to use Instant Play; and you’ll need strong internet connection else gaming will be disturbed.
Another thing to like is that Sun Palace Casino supports mobile gaming. The casino is compatible with the regular mobile platforms (iOS and Android). With mobile compatibility, you’ll always have the casino in your pocket (or bag or wherever else you keep your mobile device). To enjoy online casino gaming, you need not sit before your computers.
Rather, wherever you are and whatever you may be doing, as long as you can bring out and operate your mobile device (smart phones or tablets), you can swell in exciting casino entertainment.
What not to Like
Without mincing word, we’ll say that you’ll not find joy in Sun Palace Casino if you’re not a fan of slots. Slots fans will have their fill, especially given that this is a place where the superb i-slots can be enjoyed. However, if you’re a hooker for the table games or video pokers, the few options that the casino offers will be disappointing. However, remember that Sun Palace Casino is a “slots heaven”; so that it throws in a few non-slot games should actually be a positive.
Another thing we didn’t like about the games selection of Sun Palace Casino is that Live Dealer games are not available. These games are what bring the social element into online casino gaming. They are operated by real humans in real land-based casinos; and the live-action is streamed to the players with an interface that allows participation.
Thus, via Live Dealer games, players get to play against or with real humans; and when playing online casino games, this is the closest you’ll get to being in the boisterous floor of a real brick and mortar casino. With Sun Palace Casino not offering Live Dealer games, you can still enjoy the regular online casino games, with all their realistic graphics and all, but without the human element.

| Offers a $7 no-deposit sign up bonus | Relatively high bonus wagering requirement |

| Offers other deposit bonuses (250%, 300% and 400% matching of the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th deposits) | VIP Program is vague and weak |
| Offers a host of other bonuses including daily and weekly offers, cash-back offers, etc | Maximum single bets allowed when a bonus is active (which is $10) is relatively low |
The promise of Sun Palace Casino include: daily bonuses, and lots of free money to play with. This part of the review will examine whether Sun Palace Casino actually rewards its players generously. Specifically, we’ll look at the bonus offerings.
Bonuses
Sun Palace Casino in its promotions page says it offers the most attractive online casino bonuses out there. It offers the regular welcome bonus for new players and other bonuses for old players.
Welcome Bonus
Looking at the welcome bonus of Sun Palace Casino, it’s clear to see that this entertainment capital of an online casino doesn’t just “talk the talk”.
From the very moment you sign up, you are already being rewarded. Every new player gets a $7 no-deposit bonus. That is; new players do not even need to deposit anything whatsoever. Simply sign up, and you’ll be given $7 to start playing.
After enjoying the $7 no-deposit bonuses, a unique deposit bonus follows. Sun Palace Casino gives a $100 bonus on a first deposit of $25. That is, make a deposit of $25, and get $100 extra to play with. That makes the bonus a 400% bonus.
After enjoying this $100 unique deposit bonus, the regular deposit match bonuses follow. For this bonus, Sun Palace Casino matches your deposits as follows: 250% on your 2nd deposit, 300% on your 3rd deposit, and 400% on you 4th deposit
No doubt, Sun Palace Casino comes with an attractive welcome bonus. However, it is no secret that many times, casino bonuses are not what they seem because of conditions that are attached. Thus, before being hooked by a particular bonus, it’s wise to consider attached conditions. One of the most important bonus conditions is wagering requirement.
This is the amount that must be wagered after redeeming a bonus before the player is cleared to make withdrawals. That said; everyone will want the bonus wagering requirement to be as low as possible so that when a bonus is redeemed, getting cleared for withdrawals will not be frustrating.
In this regards, Sun Palace Casino does not particularly come out shining. The $7 no-deposit bonus is subject to a 40x rollover requirement. This means that if players claim the $7 no-deposit bonus, to get cleared for withdrawals, they’ll have to wager $280. That’s definitely not the low wagering requirement that players will want.
It does not get better for the first deposit bonus. The $100 bonus is subject to a 60x rollover requirement. Thus, getting cleared for withdrawal will require wagers of up to $6,000. This is definitely a high wagering requirement. Also, the match bonuses of the 2nd – 4th deposits are subject to a 45x rollover requirement. This is also a tad high.
Other Bonuses
The bonus offering of Sun Palace Casino is not limited to its welcome package. As the casino says, there is no day going on from redeeming the welcome bonus that players don’t get the chance to pick up extra rewards.
There is a “Weekly bonus” offer. This simply makes a hefty bonus available for players every day of the week that they make a deposit. The promotion combines upfront match bonus with free chips. The table below sums up the “weekly bonus” offering at the time of writing this review.
| Bonus | Code | When |
| 111% + $33 Free | WEEKLYMATCH | 1x/ Mon – Fri |
| 65% with super low rollover | 65EASYWIN | 1x a day |
| Deposit $25 and get $75 Free | MONDAY300 | Mondays |
| 200% + $15 Wednesday Free Chip | TUESDAY200 | Tuesdays |
| Deposit $50 and get $99 Free | WEDNESDAY99 | Wednesdays |
| 150% + $25 Sunday Free Chip | 150WEEKEND | Thu + Fri |
| 100% + $100 Saturday Free Chip | 100FRIDAY100 | Fridays |
| 250% up to $1,000 | SATURDAY250 | Saturdays |
| 100% with super low rollover (20x) | EASYSUNDAY | Sundays |
There is a “Friday Free Ticket” offer. This is simply free money that you get on Friday if you have made at least one deposit in the previous 7 days. The amount of free money you get depends on the size of your net losses over the period. This is better presented in the table below:
| 7 Days Net Loss | Free Friday Ticket | Rollover | Max Cash-out |
| $20 – $100 | $10 | 25x | $250 |
| $101 – $200 | $20 | 25x | $500 |
| $201 – $500 | $70 | 25x | $1,750 |
| $501 – $1,000 | $100 | 25x | $2,500 |
| $1,000+ | $125 | 25x | $3,125 |
One good thing with this Friday Free Ticket is that it is subject to a relatively low wagering requirement (25 times the bonus amount). Thus, if $10 fee ticket is obtained, getting cleared for withdrawal will take wagering of only $250. However, the ticket can only be used to play Slots, Keno, and Scratch cards.
There is a “Weekend Cashback” offer. This offer is as its name sounds; make deposits in the weekend (Saturday and Sunday), and on Monday, you’ll get back a percentage of your net losses. Players get 10% – 20% cash-back, depending on their membership status. The minimum cash-back bonus is $5. Also, the cash-back bonus is subject to a 40 times rollover.
There is a Birthday Bonus. This is simply free money that you receive on your birthday. The birthday bonus is $10 – $100 depending on players’ membership status.
There is also a “Comp Points” offer. This simply rewards players for their time in the casino. Players earn complimentary points (comp points) for every real money wager. The amount of Comp Points that can be earned depends on the game played and the player’s membership status. After accumulating these points, they can be converted to bonus money; 1000 comp points equals $1 real money. After redeeming comp points, the bonus money received must be wagered at least once before payment can be requested.
The table below shows how the amount of these bonuses that can be earned is determined by players’ membership status.
| Class | Cashback | Comp Rewards | Birthday Bonus |
| Special | 10% | 2:1 | $10 |
| Gold | 12% | 5:1 | $50 |
| Platinum | 15% | 7:1 | $75 |
| Diamond | 20% | 8:1 | $100 |
The 4 different membership levels that players can have in Sun Palace Casino make it clear that the casino operates a VIP program. This simply rewards players according to their membership level, with each higher level attracting better benefits. This is clear from the table above. VIP membership benefits include weekly and monthly promotions, and special offers.
It wouldn’t be unfair to say that the VIP Program is weak. Many online casinos out there have VIP programs with more and better benefits. Also, it wouldn’t be unfair to say that Sun Palace Casino is some-what secretive about the VIP Program. For example, it doesn’t clearly state the special benefits that players will get. Rather in the VIP Club page, it says that “for special VIP offers, ask for Jake, our VIP manager”.
Sun Palace Casino doesn’t even state the requirements for joining the Club, or moving up the levels. The only information that Sun Palace Casino gives in this regards is that to be eligible for the VIP Club, you’ll need to have been holding an active account for a minimum of 30 days, and you’ll have to send in “your security documents”. This is vague.
Other things to watch out for
Apart from the wagering requirement, casino bonuses come with other conditions. You should always watch out for these because else be accused of abusing bonuses and have your winnings confiscated.
One such important condition when playing in Sun Palace Casino is the maximum bet size. When a bonus is active, players are not allowed to play single bets of more than $10. Given that wagering requirement is relatively high, players may want to play large single bets so that it’ll be easier to meet play-through requirement. However, when a bonus is active, playing single bets of over $10 (even if it’s one hand) will lead to the casino denying any request to withdraw winnings. This is a relatively low cap especially for high rollers.
Another thing to look out for when playing with bonuses is the contribution of games to wagering. This is because games do not contribute equally to bonus play-through. Unfortunately, Sun Palace Casino does not do well in this regards, as many of its games do not count towards meeting wagering requirement when playing through bonuses.
These include Roulette, Craps, Baccarat, Video Pokers and any type of Blackjack. That basically rules out all the classic casino games. In many other online casinos, these games have varying contributions to bonus play-through. That said; unless you’ll be playing only Slots and the options in the specialty games category, Sun Palace Casino may not be a good place to play with bonuses.
Sun Palace Casino Banking Option

The promises of Sun Palace Casino include “Fast and easy withdrawals” and “Wide variety of payment options”. This part of the review will examine whether the banking process of Sun Palace Casino is really stress-free.
The currency of play that Sun Palace Casino supports are: USD, AUD, EUR, GBP, and ZAR. The table below gives you almost everything you need to know about pay-ins and pay-outs with Sun Palace Casino.

Deposits:
You just cannot use an online casino without creating an account that will be funded. In funding your account, you’ll need to consider the deposit options supported, the limits that apply, and processing speed.
As seen from the banking table, Sun Palace Casino does not support a wide range of options. You’ll definitely find online casinos with a longer list of deposit options. For example, it’s disappointing that the crypto currencies are not supported despite that their numerous advantages have given them such huge popularity these days.
However, that is not to say that the supported deposit options of Sun Palace Casino will not satisfy members. The cards and e-wallet options can be conveniently used by everyone from everywhere.
The table also shows that all deposits are instantly processed. This is essential if players will want to start playing with the deposited funds immediately.
With regards to deposit limits, Sun Palace Casino says that the minimum amount that can be deposited is $25. This is a relatively high amount. This is even more than double the $10 minimum deposit that many other online casinos allow. Remember that it’s good for the minimum deposit threshold to be as low as possible so that players with low budgets can meet it.
How to make a deposit at Sun Palace Casino?
Follow these easy steps to complete your first deposit at Sun Palace Casino:
- Log in to your Sun Palace Casino account.
- Tap ‘Deposit’ on mobile or click ‘Cashier’ on desktop.
- Choose you preferred payment method.
- Enter your payment details and how much you’d like to deposit.
- Hit ‘Deposit to Account’ and you’re good to go!
Withdrawals:
For any online casino to be legit, cash-out must be a feature. When withdrawing winnings, you’ll need to consider the payment options supported, the limits that apply, fees that apply, and payout speed.
While Sun Palace Casino advertises having a “wide variety of payment options”, the above table suggests otherwise. Looking at the banking page of many other online casinos out there, you’ll easily see that the payment options of Sun Palace Casino are few.
However, the supported options should satisfy players. With e-wallets and wire transfer available almost everywhere, players should conveniently receive payment. The difficulties of the US gambling terrain, means that only wire transfer and physical check is available to US players. This makes the non-support for crypto options even more disappointing.
When cashing out, the maximum that can be requested is $2,500. This means that if you have a large balance, it’ll take multiple transactions and a really long time to withdraw everything. This is a relatively low maximum withdrawal amount. Even online casinos that allow individual cash-outs of $4,000 are not given thumbs up in this regards.
Withdrawals are free, except Wire transfer that has a fee of $60, and Check that has a fee of $30. In terms of payout speed, a 24 – 72 hours payment processing time applies. Thus, if you request payment with an e-wallet option, 24 – 72 hours processing time adds to its 48 – 72 hours payment time, meaning you’ll receive the payment in 72 – 144 hours (that is, 3 – 6 days).
Pros:
- It’s a legit online casino that it fully licensed and a strong reputation built with a 8 year record of offering fair gaming and paying winners
- It’s a safe online casino that uses the industry standard 128 bit SSL data encryption technology
- Accepts US players
- Powered by Rival Gaming, which means it offers high quality games featuring sharp graphics, mesmerizing animations, and more
- Supports the 2 popular modes of play – Download and Instant Play
- Ultimate gaming freedom is afforded as it supports mobile gaming
- A slot-focused online casino with everything you’ll want as a slot fan (including classic slots, video slots, and the innovative i-slots)
- A few other online casino games are offered (that is, table games, video pokers, and specialty games)
- Offers an attractive package that includes a $7 no-deposit bonus for signing up, and a $100 bonus after making the first deposit of $25
- Offers numerous other bonuses including daily and weekly bonuses, cash back offers, and more
- Provides a 24/ 7 and very responsive customer support service available via email, telephone, and Live chat
Cons:
- It’s gaming license from the Curacao Gambling Commission is not inspiring
- Offers only 150+ games, which is a relatively small collection
- The selection of non-slot games is disappointing

One of the promises of Sun Palace Casino is “24 hours support team”. Given that “needing assistance” is inevitable, the ideal online casino will have an effective customer support service. This part of the review will examine whether Sun Palace Casino lives up to its promise of supporting players.
Like many of the casinos of the DeckMedia Group, Sun Palace Casino actually shines in the “Support” department. It support service starts with an FAQ. If you have questions, and all you need is answers, you may start from this self-help resource.
The sections of the FAQ include: Cashier FAQs (which covers transaction safety, deposits, and withdrawals), Technical FAQs (which covers registration, downloading and installing the casino software, etc), Account Section, Promotions, and Support. However, the FAQ is not detailed, so players may find it wanting.
However, that will be no problem because Sun Palace Casino supports different contact channels. That is, you can directly contact an agent of the casino if you need support. These channels include Email, Telephone and Live Chat.
To use the email service; simply send you inquiries to the email address: support@slotscapital.lv. To use the telephone service; simply put your call through to: +1 888 482 6288. A link to the Live Chat feature can be found in the “Contact” page of the website, or straight from the homepage.
